Delivery Policy

Shipping Times
After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 5-10 business days depending on the shipping location. Most orders processed will usually ship the following business day. For subscriptions, magazines are mailed via 2nd-class shipping on a bimonthly basis. Your first issue should arrive within 3-5 weeks of ordering.

Delivery by UPS® or USPS®
Currently, most products shipped by American Bungalow are delivered by UPS® or USPS® for customers located in the United States. 
Heavier shipments (books, multiple issues) are generally delivered via UPS Ground. 
Priority Mail is the default shipping method for most US shipments. Next-Day, 2-Day , and Overnight shipments are available upon special requests.

Shipping Fees for the following items vary based on the table below:
1 Issue: $6.00
2 Issues: $8.00
3 Issues: $10.00
4 Issues: $12.00
5 Issues: $14.00
6 Issues: $16.00
7 Issues: $18.00
8 or More Issues: $20.00 Max

Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

Post Office Boxes
We're able to ship to any PO Box address in the US via USPS.

Delivery to APO and FPO Addresses
We are happy to make APO and FPO deliveries for you.
When ordering online, you will see a message that indicates that your delivery destination lies outside our normal shipping zones. Once you have submitted your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote for you to approve.
Please note, when ordering by credit card your card you will not be charged for your items until you approve the shipping costs. All APO and FPO deliveries must be sent by USPS.

Canadian Orders
Canadian orders paid for by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Payment made by check must be in US funds payable by a US bank. 
Canadian order totals do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges. Canadian customers are responsible in full for all such fees and charges. All returns, replacement orders, or orders sent in multiple shipments are subject to the same policy.

International Orders

Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the continental U.S. will be quoted via email within 2 business days of your order or request. Please note that our free shipping offers apply only to shipments made to the 48 continental US states.
Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents of California.

Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at 800-350-3363, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST.
Please note that most items ship within 2 to 3 business days, with some items shipping on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order.
Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.
